＜個人情報の取扱について / Handling of personal information＞ 英語の同意文はスクロールしてください。 / For English version, please scroll to the bottom of the page. 国立大学法人東京大学（以下「本学」という。）では、「東京大学の保有個人情報の適切な管理のための措置に関する規則」及び「東京大学情報セキュリティ・ポリシー」に基づき、個人情報の取り扱いに係る本学の事務及び事業の適正かつ円滑な運営を図りつつ、個人の権利利益を保護し、本ウェブサイトを通じて利用者の皆さまから取得した個人情報について、以下のとおり取り扱います。 ◆個人情報 個人情報とは、本ウェブサイトの利用者個人（以下、「利用者」という。）に関する情報であって、その情報を構成する氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス、勤務先、生年月日、その他登録事項等により特定の個人を識別できるものをいいます。 ◆個人情報管理責任者 個人情報は，総括保護管理者及び本学最高情報セキュリティ責任者の下、社会連携部渉外活動支援課卒業生チーム及び部局等総括保護管理者が管理します。 個人情報管理についてのお問い合わせは以下のメールアドレスまでお願いします。 tft.adm@gs.mail.u-tokyo.ac.jp（東京大学社会連携部渉外活動支援課卒業生チーム） ◆個人情報の取得 １　本学は、利用者が本ウェブサイトの参加申込フォームをご利用いただくことを通じて、同フォームにご登録いただいた利用者の個人情報を取得します。 ２　東京大学オンラインコミュニティTFT（以下、「TFT」という。）会員がTFT上の参加申込フォームから申し込みをされた場合、本学は同フォームに登録いただいた個人情報に加えて、TFTに登録されている個人情報を同時に取得します。ただし、TFTから取得する情報は、本規定に定める個人情報取得の目的達成に必要な情報に限ります。 ３　本学は、利用者が本学や提携先などのサービスを利用する際、ページをご覧になる際に、利用者に関する情報を自動的に取得することがあります。 ４　本学に問い合わせをされた際に個人情報をお尋ねする場合があります。 ５　本学は提携先などから利用者と本学や提携先などとの間でなされた取引記録や、決済に関する情報等を取得することがあります。 ６　本学は利用者のIPアドレス、クッキー情報や利用者がご覧になったページ、利用者の利用環境などの情報を利用者のブラウザから自動的に受け取り、サーバーに記録します。 ◆個人情報の利用目的 個人情報の取得及び利用は、本学及び東京大学校友会、または本学が提携する提携先が主催する企画の実施、運営のために限り、あらかじめご本人の同意を得ずに次の利用目的の達成に必要な範囲を超えて個人情報を利用することはいたしません。 (1) 本学及び東京大学校友会または提携先が主催する企画の実施、運営のため (2) 本学及び東京大学校友会または提携先が主催する企画等の情報提供のため (3) 本学及び東京大学校友会または提携先の各種サービス等の情報提供のため ※企画の実施に必要な個人情報を提供いただけない場合、企画へご参加になれないことがあります。 ◆個人情報の第三者への提供 利用者の個人情報について、ご本人の同意を得ることなく第三者に提供することはありません。ただし以下に該当する場合は除きます。 (1)裁判所、警察、その他の司法もしくは行政機関、またはこれらに準ずる機関から適法に照会があった場合 (2)サービスまたはそのシステムの維持に問題が生じる場合 (3)利用者が、法令または本学が定める規約に違反し、その他社会通念上問題があると本学が合理的に判断した場合 (4)本学、東京大学校友会、他の利用者、その他の第三者の権利、または利益を保護するため必要であると本学が判断した場合 ◆免責 以下の場合の、第三者による個人情報の取得に関し、本学は何らの責任を負いません。 １　利用者自らが企画への参加を通じて他の利用者に個人情報を明らかにする場合 ２　活動情報またはその他の利用者が企画への参加を通じて、期せずして本人が特定できてしまった場合 ３　提携先が企画の実施以外の目的で個人情報を利用した場合 ◆迷惑電子メール 本学は、利用者の皆様が依頼しないのに送信されてくる迷惑電子メールをサポートしたり、容認したりすることはありません。 ◆個人情報の開示・訂正・削除 利用者は、原則として本人に限り、本学が利用者から取得した個人情報について、個人情報の開示、訂正、追加または削除、その利用の停止を求めることができます。本学は、個人情報の開示等の依頼があった場合には、ご本人であることを確認した上で、本学または提携先の業務遂行に支障のない合理的な範囲において速やかに対応します。 ◆セキュリティについて １　本学は、保有する個人情報の適切な管理を行うとともに、情報セキュリティ対策等の必要な措置を講じ、個人情報の保護に努めています。 ２　利用者の登録情報はプライバシー保護及びセキュリティ確保のため、パスワードで保護されています。またデータ伝送を保護するために業界標準のSSL暗号を使用します。 ３　企画の実施・運営、または利用者にサービスを提供する目的で、第三者に業務を委託する場合には、機密保持等の契約を締結し，業務委託先の管理を適切に実施します。 ◆本プライバシー・ポリシーの改訂について 本学はプライバシーの考え方の全部または一部を改訂することがあります。重要な変更は、本学のウェブサイト上でお知らせします。 Event Entry system/Handling of Personal Information Based on its own internal rules and regulations “The University of Tokyo Rules Concerning the Measures to Appropriately Manage the Keeping of Personal Information” (available in Japanese only) and “UTokyo Basic Policy for Information Security”, the University of Tokyo seeks to carry out tasks related to the use of personal information in ways that are both appropriate and unobtrusive. While protecting individual rights and interests, the University of Tokyo will observe the following policies regarding the use of personal information it obtains from its users through this website. ●Personal Information Personal information refers to information concerning individual users (hereafter, “users”) of this website. Details such as name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, workplace, date of birth, and any other items listed on the registration form that could be used to identify the specific user are considered personal information. ●Personal Information Management The division listed below takes responsibility for managing the users’ personal information: Alumni Affairs Group, the University of Tokyo or any inquiries regarding the management of personal information, please contact the Alumni Affairs Group, the University of Tokyo at the following address: tft.adm@gs.mail.u-tokyo.ac.jp ●Collection of Personal Information 1) The University of Tokyo obtains personal information from the registration forms that users submit through this website. 2) When University of Tokyo Online Community “TFT” (hereafter, TFT) members submit the registration form through the Event Entry System, the University of Tokyo simultaneously obtains both the personal information the users provide on that form as well as the personal information users register with TFT. However, the information obtained from TFT is limited to information that is required in order to meet the objectives for the use of personal information as established by these regulations. 3) When users browse the websites or use the services of the University of Tokyo and its affiliates, the University of Tokyo may sometimes automatically retain the users’ information. 4) Users may sometimes be asked for their personal information when contacting the University of Tokyo. 5) The University of Tokyo sometimes receives information from its affiliates about transaction records or account settlements reached between users and the University of Tokyo or its affiliates. 6) The University of Tokyo automatically receives information from users’ browsers such as IP address, cookies, pages viewed, and the operating environment. Such information is saved on the University of Tokyo’s servers. ●Purpose of Using Personal Information Personal information is obtained and used solely for the purpose of carrying out projects (hereafter, “projects”) sponsored by the University of Tokyo, the UTokyo Alumni Association or the university’s affiliated groups (hereafter, “affiliates”), such as the alumni associations. The university will not use personal information for purposes exceeding the scope necessary for achieving the following objectives without first obtaining the user’s consent: 1) Carrying out projects sponsored by the University of Tokyo, the UTokyo Alumni Association or its affiliates 2) Providing information relevant to projects sponsored by the University of Tokyo, the UTokyo Alumni Association or its affiliates 3) Providing information relating to the services provided by the University of Tokyo, the UTokyo Alumni Association or its affiliates ＊If users do not provide all of the required information, users may not be able to participate in those projects. ●Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties In principle, the University of Tokyo will not disclose users’ personal information to third parties without the users’ direct consent. However, in keeping with the relevant laws, under the circumstances listed below users’ personal information may be disclosed without the users’ consent: 1) When a legal inquiry has been received from a court of law, the police, or any other judicial or administrative institution or individual with a legitimate status 2) When problems arise affecting the preservation of systems or services 3) When it has been determined that laws or rules established by the University of Tokyo have been violated by a user, or any other problem related to social conventions has been identified with good reason 4) When the University of Tokyo determines that such disclosures are necessary in order to protect the rights and interests of the University of Tokyo, the UTokyo Alumni Association, other users, or other third parties ●Disclaimers Under the following circumstances, the University of Tokyo bears no responsibility for acquisition of personal information by third parties: 1) When users themselves disclose their personal information to other users while participating in a project 2) When activity data or another user’s participation in a project unexpectedly allows a user to be identified 3) When an affiliate uses personal information for purposes other than implementing a project ●Unsolicited E-mail The University of Tokyo will not support or approve under any circumstances the transmission to users of unsolicited e-mail messages. ●Disclosure, Revision, or Deletion of Personal Information Users (in principle, only the user him/herself) can request to have the personal information they provide to the University of Tokyo disclosed, revised, added or deleted, and they can also ask the University of Tokyo to stop using their information (hereafter, “disclosure etc.”). When the University of Tokyo receives a request for disclosure etc. of personal information, after verifying that the request was issued by the user him/herself, the University of Tokyo or its affiliates will respond promptly to the extent that would reasonably be considered not to interfere with their ability to conduct business. ●Security 1) In addition to appropriately managing collected personal information, the University takes necessary measures, including those related to information security, in order to protect personal information. 2) In order to protect the users’ privacy and security, the information registered by users is protected by passwords. The University of Tokyo also uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect the transmission of data. 3) When the University of Tokyo commissions a third party to implement and manage a project or provide users with services, the University of Tokyo signs contracts including non-disclosure agreement to ensure that it can appropriately supervise the third-party contractor. ●Revisions to this Privacy Policy The University of Tokyo may revise some or all of its views on privacy in the future. Significant changes will be announced on the University of Tokyo websites.
